The Guardians Of The Galaxy are in a peculiar position as a superhero team in the MCU, being more a group of anti-heroes at times, and making some decisions that are outright destructive. The ragtag squadron of intergalactic misfits do a lot of good, saving entire planetary populations from destruction at the hands of villains like Ronan The Accuser and The High Evolutionary. That being said, the individual members of the Guardians certainly have skeletons in their closet, and don’t always act as rationally compared to some of Marvel’s other heroes.
