Amy Adams, who played Lois Lane in the DC Universe, shares her reaction to Henry Cavill’s Superman returning to the franchise. While Superman was the hero that kicked off the DCU (formerly known as the DCEU) in 2013, Cavill’s Man of Steel has been absent from the franchise since 2017’s Justice League. However, the actor finally returned as the DC icon in the post-credits scene of Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam movie, which was only the first taste of the actor’s new chapter in the DCU.
