Elden Ring: How To Get The Hoslow’s Armor Set | Screen Rant

One of the better heavy sets of armor that players can get in Elden Ring is Hoslow’s Set, which offers great magical and physical resistances while remaining lighter than other heavy armor sets. Like most sets of armor, Hoslow’s Set consists of four pieces, namely a helm, chest, gauntlets, and greaves. Although it isn’t technically part of Hoslow’s Set, players can also get an alternative helm piece called Diallos’s Mask that features comparable stats in exchange for a slightly lighter weight.

In general, Hoslow’s Set is best suited for any character build that focuses on Strength and Endurance. The best Vagabond builds in Elden Ring will be able to get the most out of this particular armor set, and the Warrior and Hero classes should be able to equip and use them nearly as well. While the entire set can be earned by defeating a single NPC named Juno Hoslow, the challenging part of getting the gear is being able to access this questline in the first place.

Before players can get Hoslow’s Set of armor, they’ll have to join Volcano Manor and complete quests for Lady Tanith. After Tarnished have joined the faction, Lady Tanith will instruct them to complete three different assassination requests. It’s very important that players do not use the Drawing-Room Key to find and defeat Rykard, Lord of Blasphemy first, otherwise they won’t be able to reach Juno Hoslow. Those who don’t join Volcano Manor in Elden Ring at all won’t be able to get the armor set either, so be sure to cooperate with Tanith and follow her requests.

Invading and defeating Juno Hoslow is part of the third and final contract from Volcano Manor, and it shouldn’t be too much of a challenge to take them down. Unlike other regular-sized targets such as Great Horned Tragoth, Juno attacks don’t pose much of a threat, but his weapon, Hoslow’s Petal Whip, can apply hemorrhage if players are hit by it too many times. After he has been defeated, players will return to their world and automatically get Hoslow’s Set, as well as Hoslow’s Petal Whip.

To get Diallos’s Mask, players will need to speak with Diallos at the Roundtable in Elden Ring and assist him in finding Lanya. Following multiple questlines across Elden Ring for Volcano Manor and Jarburg, players will eventually meet face to face with Diallos once more as he is dying. After going through the dialogue and reloading the Jarburg area a few times, players can return to Diallos’s death site and grab his mask, as well as another Hoslow’s Petal Whip.
