Marvel Studios’ upcoming Armor Wars can finally pay off one major superhero suit upgrade that was introduced in Avengers: Endgame. Don Cheadle debuted as Colonel James “Rhodey” Rhodes in Iron Man 2, taking over the role from Terrence Howard, and after acting as a staple of the MCU’s Iron Man stories since the beginning, he is finally set to receive his own solo project in Armor Wars. Not much has been revealed about Armor Wars, but the film is expected to focus on Stark tech falling into the wrong hands while Rhodey deals with Tony Stark’s death in Avengers: Endgame and being replaced by a Skrull prior to Secret Invasion.
