Heels season 2 is still happening, despite a delay, confirms Stephen Amell. Created by Michael Waldron and making its Starz premiere in August 2021, Heels takes place in the town of Duffy, Georgia. The series puts small-town professional wrestling under the spotlight, examining the family-owned wrestling promotion of Duffy Wrestling League (DWL). Over the course of Heels season 1, brothers Jack and Ace Spade (played by Amell and Alexander Ludwig, respectively) clash in their attempts to shape the DWL after their father’s death. Along the way, they have to come to terms with what really matters to them.
