I sat there 31st of November 2022 took the first picture, looked at it, and was disgusted by myself. Struggled with obesity most of my life, especially adult life. I drove that day to my local mcdonalds ate like a king and wawed goodbye to my old life. My ultimate goal that day was to reach under 100kg/220lbs. (Startweight 140kg/308lbs) today i stood on the weight and it said 99.7kg/219.5lbs. “Doubt has killed more dreams than failure ever will” Whether it is weightloss, getting the perfect girl, making that money, or anything else.
