Gwen Stacy revealed a criticism of Miles Morales’ new Across the Spider-Verse costume in a scene that didn’t make the final movie, and she has a point. The stunning sequel reunited Shameik Moore’s young hero with Hailee Steinfeld’s Gwen to help stop the Spider-Verse from unravelling, giving the fledgling Spider-Man the opportunity to step up and join the Spider-Society. Ultimately, just as Into The Spider-Verse encourages Miles to be his own hero, Across The Spider-Verse reiterates the importance of that message.
