MOB Games, developer of Poppy Playtime, has created an ARG to tease more information about Poppy Playtime Ch. 3 and the multiplayer spinoff game, Project: Playtime. With the release of the ARG, players have been working to solve the puzzles to find out more about the sinister work going on in Playtime Co.’s factory, beginning with a letter dated with the year 1991. The IP address included in the letter belonged to an FTP server, and finding the username and password to access the files on the server became the first step of solving MOB Games’ puzzle.
