As I neared the end of my 30-day experiment, I started reflecting on the time I had gained. Initially, I thought the 2-minute rule was about tackling tasks quickly, but I soon realized it was also about reclaiming my time.
Every minute I spent immediately addressing a task was a minute saved from worrying about it later. The time that would’ve been spent procrastinating or stressing over a growing to-do list was now freed up.
