Spec Script "Bleed the Night" Lands Major Deal, Promising a Dark Twist No One Saw Coming
Keith Cooper is repped by WME and Aperture. Zoe Cooper is repped by WME and Gotham Group.
By my count, this is the 21st spec script deal in 2026.
There were 21 spec script deals year-to-date in 2025.
Dead even with last year. 2025 ended up with 28 verified spec deals. Here’s hoping Hollywood ends 2026 strong and tops last year’s total to continue an upward trend in the spec market over the last four years.
