Let me share a personal story.
A few years ago, I was working around the clock to get my website Hack Spirit off the ground. I was constantly chasing deadlines, obsessing over articles, and reaching out to others in the field.
But in the process, I completely neglected my own well-being. I wasn’t eating properly, sleep became a luxury, and my fitness routine was non-existent. My life was anything but balanced and consistent.
