According to Metricool’s study, which included a six-month analysis of over 87,000 professional and personal accounts, over 1 million TikTok videos, and over 73,000 image and carousel posts, TikTok influencers publish an average of 2.64 videos per week.

Accounts with fewer than 500 followers publish an average of 2.01 videos per week whereas accounts with over 50,000 followers publish an average of 6.32 videos per week.
For this reason, it’s recommended that influencers publish an average of five to six videos per week to compete.
