Her weight loss journey on the show ended with Dr. Younan Nowzaradan, known as Dr. Now, telling her that there was nothing that he could do for her because she wouldn’t comply with his program. When the episode began, Latonya, a 37-year-old from Shreveport, Louisiana, was 632 pounds. She revealed that she’d met with Dr. Now five years before, but did not follow through with his program.
