When a book is adapted to television, usually audiences want nothing more than for the show to live up to the book’s legacy, however, when it comes to Disney’s Percy Jackson and the Olympians, the series might just give the books a run for their money. The Percy Jackson franchise, created by Rick Riordan, is a vast world with countless books to its name and two feature film adaptations, but nothing has been so highly anticipated as the Percy Jackson television series hitting screens in December 2023. There is little doubt that the show will be accurate to the Percy Jackson books, but could it be better too?
