My friends and family complain about my frequent use of sarcasm. It’s “passive aggressive,” the therapists say. Passive aggression: expressing anger or frustration indirectly. Gaslighting, procrastination, backhanded compliments…and especially sarcasm, they’re all “passive aggressive.”
