Unseen Shadows: The Mysterious Cats That Refuse to Leave – A Haunting Tale by Antaeus
Ever wondered what it’s like to share a home with not just one, but an entire entourage of ghostly cats? When my friend Antaeus and his wife took on the task of restoring a 160-year-old New Jersey house, they didn’t just uncover decades-old plaster and rattling wiring—they stumbled upon whispers of feline phantoms and eerie meows after midnight. Picture this: invisible cats wandering rooms, convincing the living cats to lose their minds, and skeletal surprises buried beneath ancient oak trees. It’s a tale blending nostalgia, mystery, and a touch of the supernatural—prompting us to ask, when the dust settles and nails are hammered in, do spirits really move on, or do they just curl up for another nap?
