Discover the Surprising Truth Behind the Best Grammar Checker You’ve Never Heard Of!

This is where ProWritingAid comes in. In a lot of ways, ProWritingAid offers a total solution for writers.
I’m a paying customer of ProWritingAid and to me, it’s the best option out there. The depth of feedback you get is well worth the cost.
ProWritingAid also comes with a fully functional Google Doc add-on as well (which also includes an option for Dark mode). I have found that the add-on is buggy at times.
Along with Google Docs, ProWritingAid lends itself to authors with a desktop app that connects with Scrivener and Microsoft Office. That’s a huge plus for me, as I love, love, love Scrivener.
ProWritingAid has also recently made huge updates, including a new-look interface, where you can track your progress, get help planning with feedback on your story idea, use writing tools such as session timers, and get in-depth feedback on your plot, characters, and more with their chapter or manuscript critiques (along with your usual spelling and grammar checks).

Some of these features require buying credits, such as the character analysis and developmental reports, and some of these features can only be used a certain amount of times per day, depending on your plan. However, it’s very convenient to have the options right there. It’s also very easy to buy more credits if you see something you’d like to use.
