The CRASH plan is simple:

-wake up as early as possible

-list all the steps you can take TODAY to move forward

-gather all your will power

-supercharge on coffee, or energy drink

-take ALL the steps, do ALL tasks, TODAY, until you CRASH in the evening

-repeat the next day.
