Trademark infringement! This is NOT Amazon. Committing several violations on THIS LIST. The featured book on their homepage was published in 2017 while this site wasn’t launched until 2024. They have other stolen covers on their site as well! Some covers are even international bestsellers, stolen from traditional publishers! Trademark infringement. From a WritersWeekly reader: I have been awaiting a publication of a book I authored recently. I have been switched around with reps and other fishy details with the supposed KDP service for the past few weeks. As a first timer I now think I have been scammed with a look alike company doing business as the real KDP. I have checked out a little background and wanted to reach out if you ever heard of “Frank Bell” or the Book Wizard which is apparently in Atlanta, when I search the phone number on Google I find Book Wizard, do you have either of those names on your scam list or heard of them in the industry? I was supposed to receive a final proof this past week but as usual there is some sort of delay and I have to verbally authorize something in a call Tuesday the 2nd. I am sorry for the last minute request and would gladly help to put a stop to this if you want to get involved or send my information to a real Amazon contact if you are aware of this guy or company acting as rogue actors.
