This is NOT Penguin Random House! Trademark infringement! NYC address is a condominium. Houston, California, and London addresses appears to be a virtual offices. Same look and feel to their website as many here. They stole covers from traditional publishers, and are displaying them as their own. An authors sent us a detailed complaint about Penguin Book Writers. They refuse to refund the $750 he paid them for books he now does not trust them to publish after his first one was a debacle.
