Their “New York” address is a virtual office. Same phone number as Universal Book Publications / universalbookpublications.com. Featured book on their site, Human Instincts, was published by a different company 9 YEARS before this website existed (copyright infringement). We checked another one, Winning Moves. It was published two years before this site existed. We never bother checking more than 2 books when the first 2 are presented as FRAUD to potential authors. They have logos on their site from major NYC publishers that they’ve never worked with (trademark infringement and fraud). An author on Trustpilot, in his one-star review, says they yelled at him over the phone, threatened to have his other book taken off of Amazon (that they did not publish!), and later begged him to remove his review from Trustpilot. He refused. Reminder: NEVER trust 5-star reviews on Trustpilot! The site is buried in fraudulent 5-star reviews.
